Established in 2004, Qingdao Transfix Electrical Co., Ltd. (QTE) was officially put into production in 2006. Under the technical support of its parent firm: Cahors Group, QTE produces medium and low voltage oil-immersed transformers of 10 kV to 36 kV and exports averagely over 5,000 transformers every year which are widely used in power grid in France and Africa, including over 2,000 transformers used in power grid in France. Our main clients are Electricite de France S.A. (EDF), AES SONEL, Schneider Electric and the National Electricity Company of Burkina Faso etc. - In August 2013, QTE becomes a certified supplier of Burkina Faso Ministry of Electric Power. Main qualifications of QTE: - In June 2007, QTE becomes a certified supplier of Cameroon Ministry of Electric Power; - In October 2008, QTE becomes a certified supplier of Congo Ministry of Electric Power; - In May 2008, QTE gets ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification issued by China Quality Certification Centre; in April 2011, QTE get ISO 9001:2008 quality system certification issued by China Quality Certification Centre; - In December 2008, QTE becomes a certified supplier of EDF, and it is the only certified distribution transformer supplier from Asia of EDF; - In March 2010, QTE is rewarded by the Management Committee of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone as "2009 Outstanding Contribution Enterprise"; Technical Advantages - Good anti-short circuit performance Advanced design and manufacturing process guarantee 100% passing of anti-short circuit test. - Full vacuum greasing During the operation of transformer, any micro-bubble in transformer will lead to discharge and decomposition of acetylene gas, which degrades dielectric oil. The full vacuum greasing technique can guarantee the vacuum status of the whole greasing process and discharge all air out of the transformer to avoid the aforesaid problem and extend the service life of transformer. - Transformer tank 1\ 100% fluorescent Leakage test approach is used in the transformer tank manufacturing process to guarantee no leakage point; 2\ Superior corrosion resistance performance and the surface treatment can meet no corrosion after 1,000 hours salt spray test (Test standard GB / T1771-2007). Long Service Life Full vacuum oil filling, full-sealing technique and strict manufacturing process control realize the long service life of the transformer and it usually can be used 30 years.
