The full vacuum greasing technique can guarantee the vacuum status of the whole greasing process and discharge all air out of the transformer to avoid the aforesaid problem and extend the service life of transformer. - Transformer tank 1\ 100% fluorescent Leakage test approach is used in the transformer tank manufacturing process to guarantee no leakage point; 2\ Superior corrosion resistance performance and the surface treatment can meet no corrosion after 1,000 hours salt spray test (Test standard GB / T1771-2007). Long Service Life Full vacuum oil filling, full-sealing technique and strict manufacturing process control realize the long service life of the transformer and it usually can be used 30 years.
